RASL is a local recreational adult (18 or over) outdoor flag football league that has been around for nearly a decade in Rockville, MD.

We are the exclusive flag football league with the City of Rockville and are excited in participating with Rockville REDI (Economic Development) for their launch of the new Rock East district, which includes one of our home fields at Mark Twain Park.

We offer COED, MEN and WOMEN divisions throughout the year in a league format with an organized rulebook and officials.

It's a great chance for people to come out and play flag football, burn some calories and make new friends!

Our season includes 8 regular season games (usually an hour long to play per game) and guaranteed playoffs. We also stream select games on Facebook LIVE so your friends and family can watch live or replay at a later time.

Of course, women are SO important to our COED brand that we would love to encourage women to come out and try it! We have a weekend COED league on Saturdays and weeknight COED league on Wednesdays that can always use more women players!

To help celebrate the launch of the Rock East District, we will host a FREE FLAG Football pickup for adults (over 18 years old) on Sunday, September, 12, 2021 from 10:30 am to NOON at Mark Twain Park (14501 Avery Road Rockville, MD 20853).

This particular Sunday (September 12th) actually is our opening day for our 2021 FALL MEN'S SUNDAY MORNING (BEFORE NFL) Football League. So come out and watch the opening game at 9:30 am, 10:25 am and 11:20 am. And then take the field for some of your own action from 11:20 am - 12:20 pm.

If you have not played flag football and/or have not played with us, this is a great chance to try us out. Simply hit REGISTER on the upper right hand part of the page to play in our FREE pickup! You will have to create a BASIC FREE Membership which just takes a few minutes to do. 

NOTE: If you would like to play RASL Flag Football and/or decide after the pickup you want to join our Sunday Men's League, you can still do so by emailing us at info@playrasl.com as our FULL Sunday MEN schedule will commence on September 19th! We will offer a SPECIAL discount for REDI participants of only $40 to play for the full season!
